Fitness Assessment – Understanding Your Starting Point
One of the most important steps toward a well-structured exercise routine is gaining a clear understanding of your current physical condition, goals, and how your body moves.
The fitness assessment begins with a questionnaire completed in advance. This helps me gather essential background information before our in-person appointment.
The questionnaire includes questions about your lifestyle, exercise habits, goals, and other relevant circumstances that may influence our future work together.
During the 60-minute in-person session, I use various movements and exercises to assess underactive and overactive muscles and identify areas that may require greater attention during future training sessions.
How Does It Work?
1. Complete the Questionnaire
Before the assessment, you’ll complete the questionnaire I send you, allowing me to understand your goals and essential background information in advance.
2. 60-Minute In-Person Fitness Assessment
I assess your movement patterns and identify underactive and overactive muscles.
3. Personalized Starting Point
Based on the information gathered, we can make more informed decisions about which areas to focus on during future training sessions.
I Recommend This Assessment If You:
- are just starting to exercise regularly;
- are returning to physical activity after a longer break;
- are preparing to begin personal training;
- want to better understand how your body moves;
- are curious about potential muscle imbalances;
- believe your training should be based on your individual physical condition rather than a generic program.
Duration: 60 minutes
The service includes: A pre-assessment questionnaire, an in-person fitness assessment, and an evaluation of underactive and overactive muscles.
The goal of the fitness assessment is to establish a reliable starting point, ensuring that your future training program is adapted to your current physical condition and personal goals.
