This Cancellation and Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to online services, subscriptions and digital content available for purchase through the egyensulystudio.com website, in particular access to online training videos.
No physical products are sold through the website; therefore, rules relating to the return of physical goods do not apply.
Online Training Videos and Digital Content
As part of Egyensúly Stúdió’s online services, customers may access online training materials, videos and other digital content through a subscription.
Content included in the purchased subscription becomes available following successful payment and activation of the subscription.
Digital content is intended exclusively for the subscriber’s own personal use. Unauthorised distribution, sharing, publication or making such content available to another person is not permitted.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
When purchasing as a consumer, the customer is generally entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
However, in the case of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may cease under the conditions specified by applicable law if:
- the supply of the digital content begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period with the customer’s express prior consent; and
- at the same time, the customer acknowledges that by commencing performance, they may lose their right of withdrawal.
If, during the purchase process, the customer consents to immediate access to online training videos and other digital content and acknowledges the associated legal consequences, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or excluded in accordance with applicable law.
Cancelling a Subscription
Egyensúly Stúdió’s online services are available through monthly or annual subscriptions.
Monthly Subscription
With a monthly subscription, the subscriber is entitled to access the online training videos and digital content included in the subscription until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Cancellation of a monthly subscription applies to the next subscription period. A monthly subscription period that has already begun and been paid for cannot be cancelled retroactively.
Following cancellation, no further monthly subscription fee will be charged, and access to online content will end when the current paid subscription period expires.
Annual Subscription
When purchasing an annual subscription, the subscriber is entitled to access the online training videos and digital content included in the subscription for one year from successful payment and activation of the subscription.
If the subscriber decides to stop using the service before the end of the annual subscription period, they may continue to access the content included in the subscription until the end of the already paid annual period.
If the annual subscription renews automatically, cancelling it will prevent renewal for the next annual subscription period. Cancellation does not affect the annual period that has already been paid for.
Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
If a subscription plan operates on an automatic renewal basis, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically at the beginning of each subscription period until the customer cancels the subscription.
By cancelling the subscription, the customer can prevent the fee for the next subscription period from being charged.
It is advisable to cancel the subscription before the next scheduled payment date.
Technical Issues
If the customer has a valid subscription but is unable to access the online content included in the subscription due to a technical issue, please contact us.
We will investigate the technical issue as soon as reasonably possible and take the necessary steps to restore access.
Defective Performance
This Policy does not restrict any consumer rights available to the customer under applicable law.
If the digital content or service does not comply with the conditions described at the time of purchase, please contact us.
In the event of defective performance, consumers are entitled to the rights provided by the applicable laws in force at the relevant time.
