The services and subscription packages currently available, together with their content, price and duration, are specified on the Website.

7. Order Process and Formation of the Contract
The User selects the subscription or service they wish to purchase on the Website.
Before completing the purchase, the User has the opportunity to review the information provided, the selected service and the amount payable.
Before completing the purchase, the User must read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
By submitting an order involving an obligation to pay, the User acknowledges that the order gives rise to a payment obligation.
The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Service Provider or when the subscription is activated.
8. Subscription Packages
Monthly and annual subscriptions may be purchased through the Website.
The exact content, current price and subscription period of each subscription are displayed on the Website before purchase.
8.1. Monthly Subscription
Under a monthly subscription, the User is entitled to use the digital content included in the subscription for the duration of the relevant subscription period.
Where the monthly subscription renews automatically, the fee for the following monthly subscription period will be charged automatically at the beginning of the new subscription period until the User cancels the subscription.
Cancellation of a monthly subscription applies to the next subscription period.
The fee for a monthly subscription period that has already commenced and been paid will not be refunded in whole or in part solely because the subscription is cancelled.
The User remains entitled to use the content until the end of the subscription period already paid for.
8.2. Annual Subscription
Under an annual subscription, the User receives access to the digital content included in the selected subscription package for a period of one year following successful payment and activation of the subscription.
Once the annual subscription period has commenced, the subscription fee will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis solely because the User no longer wishes to use the service.
The User remains entitled to use the service until the end of the annual subscription period already paid for.
Where the annual subscription renews automatically, cancellation prevents renewal for the following annual subscription period.
9. Cancellation of Subscription
The User may cancel their subscription through the user account provided on the Website or, where no such functionality is available, by submitting a written request to the Service Provider.
Cancellation does not immediately terminate access for a subscription period that has already been paid for.
In the case of a monthly subscription, the User remains entitled to use the service until the end of the paid monthly period. In the case of an annual subscription, the User remains entitled to use the service until the end of the paid annual period.
Following cancellation, the subscription will not renew for the next period and no further subscription fee will be charged, provided that the cancellation has been properly completed before the next scheduled charge.
10. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices displayed on the Website are the current prices payable by the Customer.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of subscription packages.
Any price change will not affect a subscription period that has already been paid for.
In the case of automatically renewing subscriptions, the Service Provider will provide appropriate notice of a price change before it takes effect where required by applicable law or by the nature of the service.
The payment methods available on the Website are displayed during the payment process.
Where payment is made by bank card, the payment may be processed through the system of an external payment service provider.
The Service Provider does not process full bank card details where the payment process is provided by an external payment service provider.
11. Invoicing
The Service Provider issues an invoice for the purchase in accordance with applicable law.
The User is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Following successful purchase and activation of the subscription, the User receives access to the online training videos and other digital content included in their subscription.
Access is provided exclusively for the User’s personal use.
The User is not entitled to:
make the digital content available to another person without authorisation;
share it;
resell it;
publish it publicly;
reproduce it;
distribute it;
use it for commercial purposes.
Where any content is also available for download, the availability of a download option does not constitute the transfer of copyright or any other rights of use.
13. Copyright
Texts, videos, training materials, graphics, images, branding elements and other content displayed on the Website may be protected by copyright.
Content may only be used within the limits set out in these Terms and Conditions and under applicable law.
By purchasing a subscription, the User receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content available during the relevant subscription period.
14. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
A User qualifying as a Consumer is, as a general rule, entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in the case of a distance contract.
However, in the case of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may cease once the statutory conditions are met, where performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent and the Consumer has acknowledged at the same time that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Where digital content included in a subscription becomes immediately accessible after purchase, the Service Provider may request the Consumer’s express declaration to this effect during the purchase process.
Detailed rules relating to withdrawal, subscription cancellation and any applicable refunds are set out in the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy available on the Website.
Nothing in this section restricts any rights granted to Consumers under applicable law.
15. Refunds
A subscription fee for a period that has already commenced and been paid for will not be refunded solely because the User cancels the subscription or voluntarily stops using the service.
In the case of a monthly subscription, cancellation applies to the next subscription period.
In the case of an annual subscription, the User remains entitled to use the service until the end of the annual subscription period already paid for.
This does not affect any statutory rights of the Consumer relating to withdrawal, defective performance or other legal remedies.
In the event of an incorrect or unauthorised charge, the User must contact the Service Provider, who will investigate the matter.
16. Technical Requirements
Use of the online services requires a suitable internet connection and a device and browser capable of displaying the Website and digital content.
The costs of providing such equipment and internet access are borne by the User.
The Service Provider is not liable for access problems resulting from the User’s own device, internet connection, browser or other technical circumstances outside the Service Provider’s control.
17. Availability of the Service
The Service Provider endeavours to ensure that the Website and the digital content associated with subscriptions remain continuously available.
However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, development work, technical faults or circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Where possible, Users will be informed in advance of significant planned maintenance.
Where the User has a valid subscription but is unable to access the service for a prolonged period or repeatedly due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider, the User is entitled to request an investigation of the issue.
18. Information Regarding the Use of Training Videos
The training videos and other physical activity-related content available on the Website are provided for general informational and training purposes.
The User must perform exercises in accordance with their own physical condition, abilities and capacity.
It is the User’s responsibility to assess whether their health and physical condition allow them to safely perform a particular exercise or training session.
If the User has a known medical condition, injury or musculoskeletal problem, is pregnant, is returning to exercise after surgery or a prolonged break, or is uncertain whether a particular form of exercise is suitable for them, it is advisable to seek the opinion of an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning the exercise programme.
If the User experiences pain, illness, dizziness, breathing difficulties or any other unusual symptoms during exercise, they should stop exercising and seek medical assistance where necessary.
Digital training materials do not constitute personalised medical diagnosis, treatment or healthcare advice.
The Service Provider’s liability may be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. User Obligations
The User must use the Website and services for their intended purpose.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
unauthorised use of another person’s user account;
regularly sharing personal access with third parties;
circumventing the Website’s security systems;
unauthorised copying or distribution of online content;
intentionally interfering with the operation of the service;
any other unlawful activity.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Service Provider may require the User to cease the infringing conduct and, within the limits of applicable law and these Terms and Conditions, restrict or terminate access to the service.
20. Defective Performance
The Service Provider is required to provide the service in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
Where digital content or a digital service does not comply with the requirements agreed in the contract, the Consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions do not restrict the Consumer’s statutory rights arising from defective performance.

The amended Terms and Conditions enter into force upon publication on the Website or on the date specified therein.
Amendments will not apply retrospectively to services already performed.
Where an amendment materially affects an existing subscription, the Service Provider will inform the User in accordance with applicable law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall derogate, to the detriment of the Consumer, from mandatory statutory provisions protecting Consumers.
